In this intimate retreat, we will begin by tapping into where we are stuck and working  to help release all that no longer serves us.  aka our darkness. 

This includes the old stories, limiting beliefs, fears, anxieties, & stress. 

We will use yoga, guided meditation, journaling, nature and other healing modalities to tap into the wisdom of our bodies, to tune in and listen to our intuition, and to ground ourselves to clear our minds. 

This restorative retreat provides space for authentic connection & soulful slowdown. We will literally flow from darkness to light. 

You’ll gain tools for removing energetic blocks, cultivating inner peace, and growing a spiritual and/or professional practice.

**Refunds/Cancellations

All reservations include a $50 non-refundable fee. Refunds minus the $50 non-refundable fee will be granted till 10/1/23

Refunds after 10/1/23 will only be granted if your space can be filled with a new participant. A no show attendance or leaving early will not warrant a refund in any capacity.
