Join me January 19th & 20th 2019, in Wading River for

“Moon Magic, A Sacred Winter Retreat”

designed to reconnect you with a natural flow and allow the Moon to be your guide. 

We will cover the 8 magical phases of the moon, and you will understand how each one impacts your life, allowing you to better understand yourself and those around you. 

This two FULL day retreat takes place right before the first full moon of the year.
 

The High Point of the Lunar Cycle

AKA the most powerful time for shifting blocks and releasing whatever has been holding you back. 
You will also learn to strengthen your intuition, create sacred rituals, mantra, yoga poses crystals that support with each phase of the Moon. 
You will leave with a complete spiritual toolbox and prepared to take on the year ahead with the mantra #flowingnotforcing. 

It’s time to step out of your comfort zone so you can reconnect to yourself.

We will use different styles of yoga, guided meditation, creative outlets, journaling, breath-work, self love rituals and other healing modalities to tap into the wisdom of our bodies

Camp DeWolfe is gorgeous retreat location, set on 26 acres of beautiful scenic trails and the stunning views of the Long Island Sound make this an ideal spot for rejuvenation. I have reserved a historic, three story house that overlooks the sound. All guest rooms are double occupancy, so if traveling with a friend be sure to let me know on the questionnaire. There is one private room available as well. 
All linens, pillows, towels and meals are include with your stay.

Overnight Moonbeam ( All Inclusive) $555* (Only 13 spots) 
One night, two days, four meals, yoga classes, workshops, meditations, optional activities, rituals, fire ceremony and so much more.
All rooms are double occupancy with the exception of One private room - if u are interested in rooming alone contact me to see if still available. Bathrooms are shared on each floor of Benson house. 

Traveling MoonBeam (Day Passes) $444* ( Only 10 spots)
Although I highly recommend staying on site to get the full experience of the retreat and stay tuned into the energy of the group, I will be offering a traveling option for those who prefer to sleep at home. 
All meals and event activities are included in this package as well. 
Please be sure to arrive by 8am each morning or earlier if you want to take part in the earlier optional session. 

Schedule 
I have designed the schedule to maximize our time together, while offering some optional classes and/or meditations, and allowing time for rest and relaxation. 
If you feel guided to skip a session for some down time, you are welcome to at any point during the event.

9:30am- 10:30am Gentle Lunar Yoga Flow
10:45-12:00pm Spirited Session
12:00-1:00pm Lunch
1:00 - 5:00 Spirited Sessions
5:00-6:00pm Dinner
6:30- 7:30pm Fire Ceremony (Weather Permitting) 
7:45 -9:30 Spirited Session

Sunday January 20th 
7 am Optional Guided Meditation Hiking if weather is good
8:00- 9:00 am Breakfast 
9:15- 12:00 Spirited Session
12:00-1:00 Lunch
1-3 Final Spirited Session and Closing Ceremony 

* Please note this schedule can change at any time and as the event gets closer more details will be shared about each of the Spirited Sessions. They can include but are not limited too: yoga, meditation, talks, Q&A, crafts, etc.

Refunds/Cancellations
All prices include a $100 non-refundable fee.
Refunds minus the $100 non-refundable fee will be granted till 11/17/18.
Refunds after 11/17/18 will only be granted if your space can be filled with a new participant and if not a 50% credit will be granted towards a future retreat.



Once you secure your spot you will be sent an intake questionnaire, welcome email, & waiver with directions and all registration materials.
