10:30- 1:30 - Spirited Sessions
1:30-2:00 - Lunch Break ( Catered Healthy Local Lunch)
2:00-3:30 - Spirited Session ( Forest Bathing with Linda Lombardo)
3:30- 4:00 Closing Ceremony, Group Photo & Closing (Weather Permitting)

Bring a Yoga Mat, Journal and dress comfortable
Snacks, Water and Tea will be provided.

Camp DeWolfe is gorgeous retreat location, set on 26 acres of beautiful scenic trails and the stunning views of the Long Island Sound make this an ideal spot for rejuvenation

All experience levels are welcome.

* {Please note, the forest bathing will be on trail through the woods and could be unstable ground and not suitable for all}
**Refunds/Cancellations
All reservations include a $50 non-refundable fee. Refunds minus the $50 non-refundable fee will be granted till 4/1/22.
Refunds after 4/1/22 will only be granted if your space can be filled with a new participant. A no show attendance or leaving early will not warrant a refund in any capacity.
