Yoga Schedule 

A unique combination of Vinyasa flow, Hatha and Restorative styles of yoga that nurture the body, mind & soul.

Beginning with breath work; moving on to yoga asana, and finishing with a guided meditation to promote relaxation, this class moves at a slower pace; tapping into the wisdom of our bodies- allowing you to physically, emotionally and spiritually connect with yourself.

 

All sessions are enhanced with therapeutic grade essential oils for added healing connection, a spirit of playfulness, and a dose of inspiration to help you relax and really focus on yourself.

All levels are welcome.
